Toyota Tacoma TRD Pro Gets a Hefty $40,760 Price Tag

Toyota Tacoma TRD Pro Gets a Hefty $40,760 Price Tag - The new Toyota Tacoma delivers on its promise of being a rugged, millennial-focused mid-sizer with off roads chops. Even more equipped for the tough stuff is the Tacoma TRD Pro, which was introduced earlier in the year at the Chicago Auto Show. Now, that truck has a price. Starting at $40,760 for the manual, and $42,760 for the automatic (not including the $940 destination fee), the Tacoma TRD Pro isn’t exactly the definition of frugal. Comparatively, it’s nearly as expensive as a brand new F-150 XLT. But that’s not to say it isn’t worth it. http://The Tacoma TRD Pro gets updates both visually and mechanically. The front and rear track are one inch wider, the lift is one inch higher, and the TRD-tuned springs and Fox internal bypass shocks provide all the necessary tools for proper off-road hoonage. The new TRD bits add on to the already available features in the standard Tacoma; crawl control, an electronic locking rea...

The Samsung Gear 360 camera is the best product of its kind

The Samsung Gear 360 camera is the best product of its kind  - The Samsung Gear 360 is, if nothing else, an expensive accessory. At $350, this 360 camera might not seem like great value for money, but when I consider it against the competition, I can only conclude that it's the most useful and best value product of its kind.  Now, I'm not really an expert on the intricacies and nuances of video fidelity, so to help me understand the device a little more I approached AndroidPIT's video editor Robert D'Antoni, who explained some things about the current state of video production.   Similar cameras clutching a 350 dollar price tag only record in 1080p-1280p at 30 fps while the Gear 360 records in 4K at 30 fps. Assuming the Gear 360 was introduced as an additional component for devices that make use of virtual reality, support for 4K video makes sense: it would deliver a better experience with devices like Samsung's Gear VR and the Oculus Rift. The Gear 360 also record...

Smartphone evolution: the Galaxy Note series

Smartphone evolution: the Galaxy Note series - Every year, we’re treated to a brand new iteration of smartphones, but it often seems to come and go with lightning speed. With this constant change, it’s easy to forget what our favorite smartphones looked like two or three years ago. Today, we take a stroll down memory lane and have a look at the evolution of Samsung's Galaxy Note series. Samsung Galaxy Note   The original Galaxy Note first dropped at IFA 2011 and came with a revolutionary 5.3 inch display, a behemoth of its time. Not only that, but it was equipped with a dual-core 1.4 GHz chipset that set new standards and came equipped with a smart pen, something not seen since the Palm Pilot days.  While some considered the Galaxy Note to be almost too big, the device soon proved any naysayers wrong and became a quick commercial success with over two million devices sold after only two months. To date, the original Galaxy Note has sold over ten million units. Samsung took an ...

Mercedes-Benz could have electric Sprinter van by 2018

Mercedes-Benz could have electric Sprinter van by 2018 - Mercedes-Benz's next-generation of its Sprinter utility van could get an all-electric powertrain, the Detroit Bureau says, citing Ulf Zillig, head of project VS30 at Mercedes-Benz. It won't be a guaranteed option, but Mercedes is designing the trucks with both batteries and autonomous-driving features in mind. The updates will be available as soon as 2018.  Last week, Mercedes announced plans for the Urban eTruck. That heavy-duty short-haul concept vehicle, designed for urban deliveries, will have a 124-mile single-charge range. More importantly, Mercedes-Benz says the truck delivers 8,100 lb-ft of torque to the rear wheels. Additionally, Daimler has been running trials of the all-electric Fuso Canter E-Cell for the past two years. Autocar confidential: JLR, Ferrari, Cadillac, Lexus - Our reporters empty their notebooks to round up this week's gossip from across the automotive industry This week's gossip from the automotive industry has news of Ferrari's demographics, the upcoming Lexus CT, a new Cadillac naming system and JLR SVR's weight saving future. New Cadillac naming system Cadillac is embarking on a new naming strategy for its currently confusingly named model range. All saloons will get a CT prefix in the future, with a number after. The CT6 is the present range-topper, so expect a CT4 or CT5 name for the CTS when it is replaced. The SUVs, meanwhile, will be all called XT-something, the XT5 being the first. Two lower numbers will be used for the two smaller SUVs planned. The Escalade, meanwhile, is an exception and will always keep its name. Seat Ateca demand likely to outweigh supply

Seat Ateca demand likely to outweigh supply - Demand for the Seat Ateca is likely to outstrip supply when the car reaches showrooms in September, UK boss Richard Harrison has cautioned. “We’ve got limited supply this year," said Harrison. "I suspect the positive reaction will mean that demand outstrips supply throughout 2017, too. We are fighting with the factory for more cars, but the positive side of this equation is that demand will keep residual values high, and that just makes Ateca an even more appealing proposition. The Nissan Qashqai-rivalling Ateca has received almost universally positive reviews as it launches into the booming SUV sector. Prices start at £19,590, but sales are being led by the £21,995 Seat Ateca First Edition, a limited-run version of the car designed with the input of a public vote. The Seat Ateca First Edition sits above SE and alongside the comfort-orientated Xcellence models and majors on tech and exterior style upgrades. These include a colour ...

These are our Prisma tips and tricks. link download    : PRISMA  1. Server Issues ( "Prisma is over capacity"): avoid lengthy loading times The subject of Prisma’s biggest criticism so far is also hopefully only temporary. If you use the app, you know what it is: processing an image can take a long, long time. Do you know why? The process relies on neural networks, and images must be uploaded onto remote servers. Unfortunately for us, the problem cannot be bypassed, because it is a result of too many users accessing the service, which results in the servers slowing down.
